The hotel is very nice, but there were some downsides like the humid room without a refrigerator and the lack of hanging space for clothes. However, the tub and shower combo were good. The location was comfortable and conveniently close to everything, but the dining experience was below expectations.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were a little warm and could have used some upgrading, but overall, they were very clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and personable staff providing a feel-at-home Southern Hospitality experience. The location was wonderful, offering easy access to downtown attractions and surrounded by high-end restaurants. The dining experience, especially the breakfast, was superb, although a bit pricey. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience, with some highs and lows. The rooms were smaller than usual, but mine was the perfect size, beautifully decorated, and even had a lovely Christmas tree. Although I had to switch rooms due to a broken item, the staff was incredibly friendly and nice, which made my rough day a bit better.
